Well, for those of you that were following my Comcast Drama in November.....
Here is the latest installment....
I came home today and there was a box sitting on my porch. Upon opening it, this is what I found:
The card reads: "We're sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Our goal, as always, is to give you our best service. We appreciate your understanding."
First the large discount they are giving us for a year, and now POPCORN! LOL. Who wants to be friends now?
BTW - the popcorn was awesome. Especially the popcorn clusters filled with chocolate chunks. Mmmmmmmm.
And, yes, our internet is still going strong. :)
